Fees
Northlakes Fees
At Northlakes we Bulk Bill all standard consultations that are not related to Workers compensation claims, pre employment medicals, other private medicals and excisions or procedures.
A non attendance fee of $25 is payable to the practice if three appointments are made and failed to be attended without a minimum of two hours cancellation notice.

Eastlakes Fees
